How to create a project template

Worklenz allows you to build reusable project templates that streamline project setup. This helps teams save time by reusing common project structures, tasks, and configurations across multiple projects.

How to create a project template

1. Open the project you want to save as a template.
2. Click the Save icon in the second top navigation bar (located between the Refresh icon and the Settings gear icon).
3. A Save as Template drawer will open.
4. Enter a template name.
5. Select the features/fields you want to include in the template.
6. Click Save.

Your new template will be saved to the Your Library section, making it available for future project creation and import.
