What is a status?

In Worklenz, statuses are used to track the progress of tasks within a project. All tasks are organized into three main status categories:

• To do - tasks that have not been started yet.
• Doing - tasks that are currently in progress.
• Done - tasks that have been completed.

How does it work?

Inside a project, tasks are grouped and displayed based on their status. This helps you clearly identify what stage each task is at.

You can group your task list by status using the Group by dropdown and selecting Status.
