What you can do with the mobile app

The Worklenz mobile app gives you quick access to the most essential features, including:

• Quick sign in - Sign in to your account quickly and securely to get started right away.
• Manage projects - Create, view, and organize your projects directly from your mobile device.
• Manage teams - View team members, assign tasks, and collaborate with your team on the go.
• Project status updates - Update the status of your projects to keep stakeholders informed.
• View project progress - Get a quick overview of your projects and their current status.
• Time tracking - Start and stop timers or log time manually to track time spent on tasks.
• Receive notifications - Stay informed about task assignments, status changes, and team updates in real time.
• Sync with web app in real time - All changes made on the mobile app are instantly synced with the Worklenz web app, keeping everything up to date across devices.
• Dark mode and light mode - Switch between dark and light themes based on your preference.

Mobile app vs. desktop

The mobile app is designed to give you fast access to the core features you need while away from your computer. It is optimized for quick actions and on-the-go updates.

Note

Some features available on the desktop version are not currently included in the mobile app. These include advanced reporting, workload management, project templates, and detailed finance configurations. The mobile app is actively being developed and will be updated with additional features in future releases.
