Schedule overview
The Schedule feature in Worklenz provides a visual timeline for planning and managing your team’s work across projects. It helps you view resource allocation, deadlines, and team workload at a glance.
Currently available
- Preview schedule - View your team’s tasks and assignments across a visual timeline.
- Filter the view - Use filters to customize the schedule view based on members, projects, or date ranges.
- View by team/workspace or project - Switch between a team/workspace-wide overview and a project-specific view.
Member details
In the schedule preview, you can view the following details per member:
- Working Hours - Total working hours configured for the member.
- Allocated - Hours allocated to the member across tasks.
- Available - Remaining available hours for the member.
- Utilization - Percentage of the member’s capacity currently in use.
- Status - Current availability status (e.g., Available, Unavailable).

- Plan work visually - Organize and rearrange tasks across the timeline to manage workload distribution.
- Assign work by availability - Schedule tasks for team members based on their availability and capacity.
- Track deadlines - Monitor upcoming deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Identify conflicts - Spot scheduling overlaps and resource conflicts before they become issues.
