In-app notifications

Worklenz provides real-time in-app notifications to keep you updated while you are working within the platform.

You can access your notifications by clicking the Bell icon on the top navigation bar. Notifications include:

• Task assignments - When a new task is assigned to you.
• Task status changes - When a task you are involved in changes status.
• Comments and mentions - When someone comments on your task or mentions you using @.
• Due date alerts - When tasks are approaching or overdue.

You can mark notifications as read or clear them from the notification panel.
