Worklenz sends email notifications to keep you informed about important updates, even when you are not actively using the platform.

You will receive email notifications for events such as:

• Task assignments - When a task is assigned to you.
• Due date reminders - When a task is approaching or has passed its deadline.
• Task updates - When changes are made to tasks you are assigned to or subscribed to.
• Project updates - When important changes are made to your projects.
• Daily digest - A summary of your pending tasks and upcoming deadlines.

Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with your Worklenz account.
