Admin center

The Admin Center in Worklenz allows workspace owners and admins to manage and configure workspace-level settings. These settings apply across the entire workspace and affect all projects and members.

Configurable settings

Organization nameUpdate your organization or workspace name.
Job TitlesCreate and manage job titles assigned to team members. Used in finance and resource planning.
Rate CardsDefine hourly or daily rates per job role for project finance calculations.
Member ManagementInvite, remove, or update member roles and access levels across the workspace.
Client PortalConfigure client access, assign projects, and manage portal visibility settings.
IntegrationsConnect and manage third-party tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Subscription & BillingView your current plan, upgrade, manage billing details, and redeem codes.

How to access

  1. Click on your profile icon or workspace name in the sidebar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Navigate to the relevant tab to configure your workspace settings.
