Admin center

The Admin Center in Worklenz allows workspace owners and admins to manage and configure workspace-level settings. These settings apply across the entire workspace and affect all projects and members.

Configurable settings

Setting	Description
Organization name	Update your organization or workspace name.
Job Titles	Create and manage job titles assigned to team members. Used in finance and resource planning.
Rate Cards	Define hourly or daily rates per job role for project finance calculations.
Member Management	Invite, remove, or update member roles and access levels across the workspace.
Client Portal	Configure client access, assign projects, and manage portal visibility settings.
Integrations	Connect and manage third-party tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Subscription & Billing	View your current plan, upgrade, manage billing details, and redeem codes.

How to access

1. Click on your profile icon or workspace name in the sidebar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Navigate to the relevant tab to configure your workspace settings.

Note

Only workspace Owners and Admins can access and modify these settings. Members with lower access levels will not see the Settings option.
