Admin center
The Admin Center in Worklenz allows workspace owners and admins to manage and configure workspace-level settings. These settings apply across the entire workspace and affect all projects and members.
Configurable settings

| Organization name | Update your organization or workspace name. |
| Job Titles | Create and manage job titles assigned to team members. Used in finance and resource planning. |
| Rate Cards | Define hourly or daily rates per job role for project finance calculations. |
| Member Management | Invite, remove, or update member roles and access levels across the workspace. |
| Client Portal | Configure client access, assign projects, and manage portal visibility settings. |
| Integrations | Connect and manage third-party tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. |
| Subscription & Billing | View your current plan, upgrade, manage billing details, and redeem codes. |
How to access
- Click on your profile icon or workspace name in the sidebar.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to the relevant tab to configure your workspace settings.
